Why do the Cartridge have to Lifetime Warranty?

Water Dipping from the faucet outlet is very common. The major reason is that the cartridge was damage. To enhance consumers' confidence, Winkler provides Lifetime Warranty service to most of brand's single lever series.

 

If there are any problems with your WINKLER faucets which are caused by the Ceramic Cartridge, such as leakage, blockage etc… please bring along (1) The original sales receipt (2) The lifetime warranty card (3) The WINKLER faucet (4) The WINKLER security code (Laser Label) on the faucet/giftbox and (5) The problem cartridge to our Maintenance Centre. Winkler Technician will carry test and if the problem is confirmed to have caused by defective ceramic cartridge, a new cartridge will be replaced free of charge.  

 

Should any suspicious or questionable occasion arises with regard to the validity of the warranty card or the cause of damage to the ceramic cartridge/faucet in question, Winkler Limited reserves all its right to refuse acceptance of this warranty card and such decision shall be final.
